Kitchen Prep

Description

Job Summary: Kitchen prep will be responsible for providing a supportive role to kitchen staff in the preparation of meals and ingredients.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Preparation of raw ingredients, making the dough for the noodles and bao
• Follow instructions
• Ensuring that high standards of cleanliness and maintenance of the kitchen areas and equipment are kept throughout service.
• Receiving orders and organizing them in the kitchen.
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Experience preferred.
• Flexibility with working hours
• Able to speak good English and German is a plus (not mandatory)
